About

PHY 121/122 and PHY 131/132 are two semester sequences in introductory physics, the former intended for life science majors and the latter intended for engineering and other science majors. The SBU Dept of Physics and Astronomy offers Studio versions of these courses, R90 and L90, which are designed for learners who benefit from a collaborative and interactive environment. PHY 121 and 131 are offered in the studio version every Fall semester and PHY 122 and 132 Studio are offered every Spring.

The instructors and teaching assistants for introductory physics in the Studio version can vary every semester. Please see SBU Solar or Brightspace for more information.
